Mistral's journey
Mistral was a horse with a windy name.
He wanted to run beyond the fences that enclosed his little meadow, but he was not allowed to do so from an early age.
Mistral was a wind disguised as a horse and when he wanted to, he would blow his dark mane in defiance of the sky.
One day he realised that as he grew older the fence had become too small for him and without thinking he jumped.
His heart then beat loudly inside his chest and not to hear him scared and happy he started to run.
And this is the beginning of a beautiful journey that is not told yet, that is dreamt by this little writer or drawer or both and that travelled with hope to Lisbon and saw the sea beyond the great river and as they didn't want it in Ilustrarte it will come back to me, until one day I can tell its story again. I wait for you Mistral,...come home soon.
Te espero Mistral,...regresa pronto a casa.
